Constitutionally yes, but pennsylvania legislators for some dumbass ass reason trusted wolf and Kathy bookvar too appoint the electorates in a law they agreed to at the state level, they are trying to repel it because they realized how stupid that was & they need majority of republican legislators too sign on a bill TONIGHT. Too take it to the pennsylvania supreme Court (which they will denial it) legislation will appeal too SCOTUS to reclaim their electorates Rightfully so as in the constitution, SCOTUS will rule in favor, PA republican legislators get power of deligates back and send pro trump electorates.
