Because they're still trying to keep everyone confused and hopeless.

How many of you personally hear "Well yeah it all looks shady, but what do you REALLY think is gonna happen about it?"

That's exactly the attitude Fox is set up to instill in their audience: quiet anger.

Fox is done. Never turning them back on.

Now it's OAN, Parler, and TD.win for me until the day those are corrupted (hopefully never).

It's worse than that. It's all about money. They'll make more money if Republicans aren't in power because it's more daily fresh red meat for the pundits to dish out on all the shows. Think CNN wasn't pretty ecstatic when Trump won? I mean, I do believe that some of the notables were pissed, but people like Don Lemon and Jake Tapper know it's a lot easier to keep viewers tuned in to a show that blows up controversy rather than is an applause section. Thing is, Trump ended up being profitable for Fox too because of people like Schiff. They lost several seats, so their power to keep going with their usual crap won't be as omnipresent, so the shows will become boring if Trump is winning with minimal serious resistance from Congress members.

If simple greed was responsible FOX would be vulnerable to public pressure, and give at least SOME of a fuck about angering their target demographic.

Americas news problem is way more treacherous and difficult to overcome than that. It's more likely "deepstate" players (likely CIA) using the facade that they and their actions represented the real US gov. have accumulated and horded control/power for so long in the dark that they have dictator like control over media. We know they never arrest criminal elites, which is probably because it personally benefits them blackmail the criminals and they gain nothing from giving Americans justice.

You are thinking of the audience now. Fox is thinking of the audience if Biden takes the White House and the Republicans has to fight every initiative while if more sources on the right are deplatformed, but they themselves are "too big to fail". They want to capture the impotent rage and polite facade audience - remember the audience is the product, advertisers pay the money. Remember shows like Rush are popular not just because they are news shows, they are also entertaining, and in the 90s to 2010s they are key cultural/political shows. Fox is counting on as long as they have the key talk show personalities, they can keep being the clearing house on the right. US news market is very saturated, if some analyst shows up with a strategy to capture 3~4% market gain, they are going to jump on it first and calibrate the shows after.
