I told you. This was posted by someone yesterday, yet everyone was freaking out over GA, and not bringing attention to this.

This shit is fucked.

Unfortunately lots of relevant info gets lost around here... it really boils down to who can draft the better headline

I don't know why everyone cares so much about this -- it is obvious that law, and justice, do not really exist in this country in any meaningful way.

Likely the only real path forward is an immense amount of bloodshed and a period of drawn-out suffering for those responsible.

I think I'd heard that there are certain avenues that DJT's legal team can only execute on AFTER Certifications occur. If this and the 'safe harbor delay tactic that the Dems were employing' is also true, then this is an unavoidable formality of the process. Then again, this is only what I'd heard. True? Need some confirmations from y'all.

Legally I wouldn't be surprised. The law's infuriating like that. It's also possible to overturn it.

I guess it’s official?? Hoping it’s all part of the plan (legal process) in order to contest the results

Barnes (lawyer) said the results have to be certified before you can legally challenge them. It's the start of the legal process, not the end.

Edit:

Robert Barnes @Barnes_Law

Remember, folks, in election law, state certification is the trigger to START litigation, not the final bell to end it. #Election2020

Being INVALID election.... Certification means shit

CERTIFICATION. MEANS. NOTHING! In fact, it's actually fine. It not only gives us the opportunity to dispute the results, but it makes it more likely Republican state legislatures will be like "wtf? HELL no, not going along with this." The more they try to ram through their steal, the more people will wake up to their treachery.

If you want quick certification just send Rudy & Team for a public hearing. They'll certify ASAP.

Prison.

1.9 million mail in votes did not get their signatures verified.

Theyre all going to prison.

I believe there are some that were just not counted as well... from what I understood in the hearing
