Can't link to livestream timestamp. So just go to the part of video where the RT logo shows 12:23 pm thru 12:25 pm

Much of what he is saying is Conjecture, and no I'm not dooming. Its best guess based on his IT knowledge. But there ARE explanations for why things like the manual state to plug the ethernet in. That isn't automatically "internet" connected, could be just linking the device over the Local Area Network to the server. Now if the network is configured to allow the devices internet access, thats another matter.
The Colonel and Rudy are stretching some of the information here, none of it can really be known and the Colonel even said so until there is proper Discovery done and forensic analysis.
I also have major issues with their constant touting of that fancy graph showing internet communications. You cannot prove anything by looking at internet communications as an external observer and without cracking the encryption and really seeing what these communications are. To use that as "evidence" of nefarious communications is wrong, incompetent's and opens them up to Libel from Dominion. So many devices on corporate networks communicate to the internet from the corporate internet and there is no way to know what device (Cell phone, desktop computer, Voting machine) was making those connections. They really need to be careful with how they are presenting this and get some addition IT expertise on staff, some of these guys make me think they are deep state plants to derail this with false information.
Yep, I saw a News report from a couple of years ago where a guy uses the end of a bic pen to open the voting machine and takes out a PCMCIA card. I was like.. WTF??
Technically, not a thumb drive
I'd say that is as technical as you can get.
Hopefully he at least means cardbus. Otherwise it's even worse than we expect.
And he mentioned the OS was Windows 7
I'm pretty sure PCMCIA didn't make it out of the 90s
I'm pretty sure he was talking mostly about Pima county (Tucson, AZ) machines. He mentioned they are not Dominion. They are actually Diebold machines. Very old. I have family that voted there and confirmed they are Diebold. They are Dominion by way of acquisition as Dominion purchased Diebold in 2010.
