That sterilization can be coming to the USA and the rest of the world courtesy of moderna and gates and their ilk. Even frightened Karens will question why they have to wear a mask after being vaccinated when they go to Disneyworld and it's 98 degress outside. The only question after the vaccine is released will be what kind of authoritarian edicts will be imposed on the people? Will Costco and Lowes require you to scan your phone app to see if you've been vaccinated? If that happens, there needs to be class-action lawsuits against companies and corporations that do this for basic HIPAA violations. Some ambitious lawyers would probably be happy to jump on that.

It's definitely a concern about what's in them, and most importantly WHERE ITS MADE. If you want to give the entire country something, it probably shouldn't be made in foreign countries that would like to see the US fall to ruin.

No. Edward Jenner's smallpox vaccine was based on cow pox, which was similar but less dangerous - I think that's what you'r thinking of.
Innoculation is transfer of pus from blisters on people (not cows) - it had already been around for a while before Jenner, but had a significant rate of actual infection because while pus does contain immune cells which can weaken the virus/bacteria, there's no guarantee that you won't end up with a dose of the full strength stuff that's sufficient to kill you.
The critical difference with vaccination is that you use either a dead or weakened version of the virus, or a weaker variation (i.e. cow pox rather than smallpox) to allow the immune system to produce antibodies to counter the actual thing.
