You seem to have forgotten about the four boxes. Soap Box, Ballot Box, Jury Box, Cartridge box. We are at the jury box. We don't move to the cartridge box until we exhaust all options at the jury box.
Thankfully, we have a hard deadline. We will know whether or not the jury box works by Dec 10th. If it is stolen from us, then we move to the ammo box.
