Any destoryed evidence shifts the burden of proof to defendants. If the evidence that's been alleged to have been destoryed isn't given to the court by the defendants the allegations made by plaintiffs are considered true.

In the first video at 0:50 the first big box (which moves as though it's empty) comes OUT OF THE TRUCK and blocks the woman's view.
In the second video, which is clearly a continuation of the first, at 0:21 you can see the same box yoinked BACK INTO the truck.
Same with the big box on the other side.
