Training unit, it does not 'do' field ops such as is described. The story seems to be garbled by piss-poor journalism, a witness who is a Vet mentioned as background part of his training was in the 305th, General Mac seems confused about that aspect of it.

IF the raid happened it was Special Forces, not regular Army, not a training Battalion.

There is no technology that I'm aware of that would allow every individual ballot to be traced without having to be scanned. The retired General made it seem like every ballot could be tracked in real-time.
CISA/DHS came out and said this was the "most safe and secure election in history". They would not have made this claim if they were tracking the ballots and had them caught in a sting operation.
We would have heard about it now by Trump himself. Trump would not be expressing doubt that SCOTUS would hear the case. He would not have let Biden begin transitioning. He would not have let the states certify the vote. He could have came out a week after the election with the evidence and literally had prominent Democrats and poll workers arrested.
