Then he should have said that from the beginning and made arrests of people who were interfering in the election.
Trump did say they were monitoring the elections for a while. But I agree that something has to happen soon if they have been watching it all unfold in real time.

As the clock runs out and we have less than 2 weeks, this entire "trust the plan" theory is looking bogus.
If Biden gets certified on Dec 14th, I'm sure some of the same people will be telling us this was all part of Trump's grand plan, that he wanted the electors to certify Biden, and will be dropping the hammer any day now.
I'm sure some will even say it as Biden is being inaugurated or walks in the White House....."all part of the plan. Trump has them right where he wants them"
Trump's EO in 2018 means that he and the government will have to make a move at most 45 days after the election
I hope nothing went wrong with that plan. Maybe he trusted Krebs and Krebs failed to do his job to monitor the election, hence why he fired him and brought in someone else. Let's just hope Krebs didn't erase the evidence.
Trump is holding all the cards right now, I believe we are witnessing a test. The GOP is cracking and the deep state is being exposed, the EO signed in sept. 2018 is the Trump card. I think the legal challenges are a way to test the last line of defense for the constitution, the judicial system. If the judicial system is infiltrated by the deep state as well, a full purge will be required to restore the republic, just my theory.

There's no way he didn't have things in place to combat this. He's had to field certain things as they've arisen over his term but this is something he was planning for from the very beginning
He might have had things in place but just underestimated how deep the corruption and swamp is. Such as not expecting judges to be corrupt too.
A corrupt system is different than irrefutable proof. With how sloppy this job is i can't imagine it being that hard to have acquired some irrefutable evidence that would be enough to sway the naysayers.
It is more about what you can prove than what you know and more about having an opportunity to prove it . . . maybe it is more about whom you can kill.
