As a CO resident, there has long been speculation that this state has been the petri dish for cultivating what we're seeing in other states today. CO has been going blue since Obama's first term. People want to say it's due to the massive influx of CA dems over the past 10-12 years, but I think it's more than that. CO will be one of the states to benefit greatly from the Dominion implosion and (hopefully) revised voting practices.
It is beautiful here. The stupid gun laws that were enacted (15-rd max mag capacities, and red-flag) aren't being enforced by LE. They know they're unconstitutional (the red flag is flat-out deadly to LE) & will be overturned as soon as we get Dominion out of our process. I firmly believe that the current "Dem majority" in our state is due to shady voting issues like we're seeing in PA, GA, MI, AZ, etc.
I'm really not that adverse to UBCs. I have a CCW license, and had to submit to a UBC for that. Many sellers will not make you do a UBC if you have a CCW permit. IMHO, if UBCs were thorough enough, those unconstitutional red-flag laws are redundant and unnecessary. Just my own 2-cents. Still WAY easier to procure a firearm in CO than it is in Commiefornia.
