I really hope he has some super secret information that will guarantee his re-election if the courts are corrupted (which is looking more like the case).
If nothing happens before Dec 14th when the electors try and certify Biden, I think its clear that he didn't have anything. I'm not even sure why Trump's legal team is trying to get Trump electors appointed when Trump could just come out and say "here is the 100% proof that shows they rigged the election and here are the people involved"
But regardless, do you think he'll come out this week if SCOTUS doesn't get involved?
After receiving report required from Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election.
This report (actually there are two separate reports required PLUS other reports by agencies that can be directly given to President), are required to be delivered within 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election.
So, I'd say he needs the report to identify the fraud and make it a legitimate/official claim by US Intelligence Community that there was foreign interference.
Once he has report, he (and military and DOJ and DHS) can go after culprits.
I agree with this, but am not sure where the foreign part plays a role. It was an inside job.
Problem with the Executive Order is these agencies are corrupted. So we are basically relying on the corrupt deep state to come up with a report that says "oops, we did it, we are guilty"
I really hope Trump did not put that much faith into the deep state.
