Utilizing a data model to show the numerical demographic spread to come to what actually happened as recorded, i.e lines showing the vote percentage of each precinct/county, adding up to 100%, and utilizing the power of math to fit "what demographic spread of voters must occur to match what actually happened", the result was that the only data model that matches the reported vote, was to give Biden a 1.3 modifier, and/or Trump a .7 modifier. Meaning each Biden vote counted as 1.3 votes, and each Trump vote only .7 of a vote.
