This process must be thoroughly explored to its legal and constitutional conclusion. 2 is a safeguard, and will not be as palatable to the public, though ultimately will be explored in its entirety in order to identify and prosecute traitors. 3 is just the absolute last resort, but i’d say we are closer to that in this moment than we have been at any other time since 1776.
