Pennsylvania Lawmakers Formally Introduce Resolution to Dispute 2020 Elections Results https://thedonald.win/p/11Qkx4mbFY/pennsylvania-lawmakers-formally-/c/

Hope this sticks. We need a goddamn win, the clock is ticking.

142
ObjectiveReality 142 points ago +144 / -2

Clock is ticking ... for democrats.

I don't think they realize what's coming if the states and judges don't reject a fraudulently stolen election and instead try to push in a banana republic dictator.

It won't be marches and protests.

They honestly think we'd roll over. Because obviously this is their endgame. Their supporters burn cities, so far they've seen angry letters from us.

What they clearly don't expect is by attacking to the point of destruction our electoral process, patriots and veterans around the nation are grimly awaiting SCOTUS or POTUS to fix the problem. Because either they do, or we are in uncharted waters.

TrumpsBestFriend 17 points ago +19 / -2

We need more people to get to Trump to NOT CONCEDE. WE WILL THROW OUR BODIES IN FRONT of him.

16
A_Triggered_NPC 16 points ago +17 / -1

Exactly. You’ll know when we’re close when the left starts reeeeing exponentially about Trump stealing the election. It’s already started.

We really need the damn servers from Frankfurt! There are scoops from Powell and some colonel suggesting that the military traded fire with CIA and seized the servers. That must be presented on court!

KekistanPM 20 points ago +21 / -1

If it doesn't then wouldn't we still have SCOTUS to turn to?

Multipart battle. Although it would have been better to take the election on November 3rd, there is still runway to take this election back.

Idk. Some people say yes and others no. I don’t know what to believe.

18
RexCollumSilvarum 18 points ago +19 / -1

What we really need is the first win. That casts doubt on the whole thing. Win one state, and it will be easier (not easy, but easi-er) to win all the other disputed ones.

(Then, after inauguration, we go to all the other non-disputed states, because there's a ton of fraud there, and get the true EV count. Then we go to the states we won from the beginning, because the popular votes still contain too many fake votes. When all is said and done -- and this may be 2024 -- we will have well over 300 EV and 65% of the PV.)

7
ImperialxWarlord 7 points ago +8 / -1

Yeah, but we need that first win before we get ahead of ourselves.

5
ChinaVirusBigly 5 points ago +5 / -0

Bush v Gore didn't get resolved until the very last day states could certify. This is way more states plus insane amounts of fraud, I wouldn't be surprised if it extends past the state certification deadline and the vote goes to the House

2
Brave1884 2 points ago +2 / -0

It’s not gonna go to the house if the EC votes on the 14th. If the house and senate disagree the EC college vote still counts.

3
Major_Nutt 3 points ago +3 / -0

Oh don't worry. One way or another we'll end up winning. Peacefully or not is the question.

Introducing resolution does nothing

  • Yes, they have introduced the resolution we need.
  • They need to now pass it, or we will promise them we support their Primary opponent upcoming election.
  • We do not want empty-GOP promises, hold their asses to the fire.
  • If in PA, please call the legislators and tell them they better pass this shit.
18
ObjectiveReality 18 points ago +19 / -1

What upcoming election? If this election is not rejected there is no future election.

-1
PM_ME_UR_MAGIC_CARDS -1 points ago +1 / -2

Chin up buttercup. The presidency is, barring some miracle, being stolen, but we can't roll over and admit defeat. I will never give the left another inch after their antics, and will vote against them at every opportunity. If they're going to attempt to cheat again in the future, which they will, I'm going to at least make them work for it and expose themselves every time.

16
UpTrump 16 points ago +17 / -1

They're not scared of the primary when they have dominion

BRO, all they did was announce this resolution, now they must be forced to pass it.

I'm not saying future elections matter if we don't stop this steal, I'm saying the need to follow through on this introduced resolution. As of now it's just an announcement, it must be passed into law. The focus is stopping the steal of THIS ELECTION, the focus is this very Presidential election 2020. Forcing these assholes to pass this proposal is critical to helping Trump.

Get your head out ur ass.

The PA legislature is adjourned till January

15
UpTrump 15 points ago +16 / -1

I believe this is the one where we need 75 more legislators to agree.

12
resoluteAction 12 points ago +12 / -0

They logged the resolution but the legislature isn't scheduled to meet until January so by then it is meaningless.

57
UpTrump 57 points ago +61 / -4

Yes, PA legislators cucked out

SCOTUS requires the case to be appealed on Federal grounds

Can't introduce new evidence at SCOTUS either

At best SCOTUS can tell the PA supreme court to hear the case

5
Tookens 5 points ago +6 / -1

They ran out the clock. The PA legislature is no longer in session. They come back in January.

42
ciaramella_is_gay 42 points ago +44 / -2

Still have SCOTUS....the PA legislature was just another path, but was never the part of the original plan, it was always the constitutional route.

19
handpeople 19 points ago +22 / -3

Rudy said a few weeks back it was the plan. I thought it was a poor one. We will see where he is going.

14
aside 14 points ago +15 / -1

I will say with AZ and PA hearings gives them some practice before going in front of SCOTUS. If that goes anything like the last two, AZ and PA. We should see fire works.

2
UpTrump 2 points ago +6 / -4

Trump seemed a bit nervous about the SC even taking the case, but we'll see how it goes

0
Brave1884 0 points ago +1 / -1

You don’t just up and walk in to SCOTUS and say give me power. They have nothing to bring to SCOTUS, they can ask them to have a federal court hear the case but even if they force a court to hear it, it’s unlikely it would happen before Jan 20th as they no force to rush a hearing.

7
Colonel_Chestbridge 7 points ago +7 / -0

I’m pretty sure he said the plan was to have a SCOTUS ruling that forces the state legislature to select electors.

5
handpeople 5 points ago +5 / -0

Well you might be right on that.

SCOTUS is like Plan D. We were relying on the state electoral commissions to properly count votes. Then we relied on state judges to make the commissions properly count votes. Then we relied on state legislatures to step in.

So far, no one wants to do their jobs, so we are down to 9 justices as the last thing between us and 1776.

logan34 -1 points ago +3 / -4

5 must consider case for it to happen

4

6
handpeople 6 points ago +6 / -0

I have had no other real hope outside SCOTUS. I think that always has been the only path. I remember Gore was POTUS elect until mid-December, winning all court cases, GOP calling him POTUS, then... SCOTUS.

0
ThePantsParty 0 points ago +1 / -1

He said that, and yet they haven't even appealed the case to the Supreme Court yet...like literally, they haven't even submitted the paperwork asking them to consider hearing it, and normally in an urgent matter a real lawyer would have had that filing written before the appeals court had even ruled.

I don't know why some people still want to pretend Rudy is in any way on top of anything here. He's been one fuck up after another...I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't even know they haven't filed the paperwork yet.

12
Forty_Five 12 points ago +13 / -1

I'm a bit nervous having everything riding on SCOTUS. ACB is still an unknown. Also she's got a litter of children. We know leftists aren't above making death threats.

The odds of that plan is also low.

Need SCOTUS to first take the case. Then need SCOTUS to rule in our favor. And then if it's up to state legislature, we need to hope there's no traitors.

A lot of hurdles.

1
FrankieDs 1 point ago +1 / -0

is that even the case Rudy and them will be hearing?

ImperialxWarlord 13 points ago +14 / -1
