I've suddenly got this weird feeling that the people running many of these state election systems are about as qualified as the people running my 100 home community HOA board would be qualified to run the board of a fortune 500 company. But maybe that's because I've never been inside a board room.
From an internet and data security standpoint, what I am hearing about their IT process is down right frightening.
No one is qualified. I've met some "decision makers" in my day in "prestigious industries." You'd be shocked by how unimpressive many are. No. One. Is. Qualified.
