I'm not convinced that even if they let the GOP pick the sample that the observers will be allowed to be anywhere near the process to actually see the signatures. If they pull a Wisconsin on us in AZ then it won't matter what sample is picked. You could have signatures that aren't even close but if observers can't see it then what's the point. Who knows maybe this one will be different....
