It was certainly a lot closer than advertised! Until now, Obama had the least counties won of any president, and that was already suspicious. Biden shattered that record.

The fix was in once the GOP took a hatchet to Herman Cain, who at that point was leading and beating every Republican and Obama. People saw Cain and they wanted him. They liked his tax plan, his immigration and the Black Community saw Cain as the antithesis to Obama who for the last 4 years taught that your skin color determined outcome.

His non-allegations were paid by McCain and Mitten's campaign. The goal was to make it easier for Obama to win, even though leading into the 2012 election he was the least liked president.
