I remember, as a wee lad, a friend's father would often tune us into HAM radio stations. This was back in the '80s. I'm starting to think that it's way past time to get familiar with it.

Do any pedes mess around with this stuff? We're horrendous with our general lack of networking & over-dependence on shitty sites like Twitter/FB.

Until Internet 2 or truly decentralized networks come into existence, I'm scratching my noggin' thinking of ways for us to all network if/when SHTF.
