Correction, Joe and Kamala become ____-elect. They do not become president and vice president until noon on January 20th.

That's when their term starts, but once the electoral college votes you can't put the genie back in the bottle.

You may be right. I am over my head when talking about the power of the Supreme Court. Do they have the power to revoke the vote of the EC?

I'm not a legal expert but I doubt it. We're in UFO landing on earth levels of probability if that happens.

The electoral college is supposed to be chosen by Dec 14 and vote. That could be delayed. Or, certain states could refuse to elect electors, keeping bound Biden electors under the 270 threshold. Even so, their vote isn’t officially counted by Congress until Jan 6, when the President-Elect is officially identified. The Office of the President doesn’t change hands lawfully until Jan 20. Trump is President until noon on Jan 20. He is free to issue pardons and sign EOs until that time.

It's a guide to what to expect over the next 14 days.

In 14 days if my guide sucks I'll publicly shame myself here don't worry. It will be one of the happiest moments of my life if I'm wrong.
