The lawsuits in PA are going to SCOTUS. So misinformation right off the bat.

I agree, PA is likely to be heard. GEOTUS forced acb into scotus for that reason, right?

SCOTUS has to first agree to hear those cases. This hasn't happened yet.

SCOTUS can only agree to hear cases where there is an interpretation of the constitution that was done by a lower court which can be appealed.

No such thing has happened - the cases were dismissed. They never even went to trial or reached a verdict.

SCOTUS can however tell the lower court to fuck off and hear the case, after which if we lose the case then SCOTUS can look at the ruling, agree to hear it, hear it, and then rule, so the timeline is - agree to hear arguments, rule against dismissal, tell PA courts to fuck off and hear case, PA courts hear case, we lose the case, SCOTUS appeal happens, SCOTUS agrees, SCOTUS hears case.

These 8 things can still happen. Do you think all 8 will happen in 14 days? That's 1 thing done every 2 days. So you'll know in 2-3 days from now if any of this has happened since we'll be out of time by then if it hasn't happened yet.

Civil war means being ready to lose your parents, wives, friends and kids in the war

CAPITULATION MEANS LOSING YOUR PARENTS, WIVES, FRIENDS, AND KIDS KNEELING BY THE SIDE OF A COMMUNIST DITCH

Death before CommunismAmericans aren’t gonna stand for this shit, that’s what your grandpa told people when they talked about this possibility, because he believed IN YOU

No. I wish your frequent misspelling was the worst of your mistakes but it isn't.

Dismissal of a case IS something you can appeal to a higher court.

SCOTUS has original jurisdiction over all cases where a state is a party to the case. With OJ, SCOTUS can view the case in its entirety and all evidence may be brought to SCOTUS even if for the first time.

It's physically painful to see you law LARPers.

Art III, Sec. 2, US Constitution

This will be Donald J. Trump vs. the State of Georgia.

I don't LARP.

SCOTUS doesn’t have jurisdiction over the calendar?

We take pride in the fact that our Justices are textualists. That means they interpret the constitution as written. If there's a date in the constitution, our guys say that's the date. Frankly I wouldn't have it any other way. Too dangerous for them to have the power to change things like that.

Weird answer. Still not sure what level of confidence to place in your opinions.

Sure it could happen. Is that your prediction?

I'd put it in the hail mary category.
