By December 14, Electors are to be chosen then vote. Congress doesn’t record the vote for the “President-Elect” until January 6th. Yes, usually electors are bound to vote how they are told, but this is not a normal year. Weird things could happen before Jan 6. Even Dec 14 could be delayed.

Trump’s 2018 EO states that 45 days after election the officials are informed of evidence and what comes next. That’s Christmas Day. Since the Nov 3 election occurred during a declared State of Emergency, we are in uncharted waters.

My point: Dec 14 should be considered a very important date and all efforts should be made to keep Biden from reaching 270 bound electors. However, there are still paths forward after Dec 14.

The date of no return is Jan 20. I’m not talking 2022/2024 until Biden places his senile and sullied hand the Bible on Jan 20, 2021.

You are right, something can happen between December 14 and January 6 and Pelosi's house can hold a contingent election if they choose to, or electors can defect. I covered those in the "unexpected" category.

Are there other tangible, realistic paths that you see between Dec 14 and Jan 6?
