The hearing just wrapped up a little while ago. The last speaker, which I'm assuming must be some type of chairman said he was calling for a special session and the crowd and the other people on the panel cheered. But I have no idea what the process is from here
Calling for one is different then doing one. I don't know the state rules but it's never easy.
