This is not on Mastriano. He and others were working to extend their authority beyond Nov. 30th, but House Speaker Bryan Cutler, R-Quarryville, and Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff, R-Bellefonte are RINO's that will not help the Legislature take back its power.
