So far Trump has demonstrated to The People:
- Many forms of election fraud occurred in parallel to each-other.
- It was a large scale organized effort.
- Domestic agencies and organizations are involved.
- Foreign agencies are organizations are involved.
- Statistical improbability of the election results.
- Physical impossibilities such as dead people.
The second part of this demonstration is the corruption and unwillingness of the judiciary, PA for example.
This is not a give up and have faith in the plan, keep fighting what ever way you can, I know Trump will never give up.
The reality might be that Trump needed to show The People this legal journey and appeal to the established process -- that should have addressed what appear to be substantiated accusations, but has completely failed to the point of inferred complicity -- before he enacts his EO, when required.
The moment he enacts his EO, you know MSM and the Deep State, the RINOs and the rest of the Swamp are going to attempt to paint him a tyrant, especially when Trump discusses the scope of reform required to address this massive-systemic-subversion.
This is Trump dotting his i's and crossing his t's -- Powell and Lin are already out in front beating the drum on Twitter for Trump to enact his EO, Rudy is talking about the corruption and failings of the court systems -- so far they seem to be pretty on the ball with what will happen next, failing SCOTUS intervening.
I think the basic outline is sound, but I think the Insurrection Act is not the way it will go, nor is it the way it should go. That's too easily playing into their hands and would likely scare off some percentage of normies.
The way it might happen is this: He uses the EO to impound all Voting devices in the suspect states (and abroad if that's a thing) and all mail in and absentee ballots. He then, under the EO (citing the national security threat via the election) mandates a hard audit (with signature check) of all ballots and a complete audit of the hardware and software of all devices. These audits are to be done with full transparency and observers from both parties with real abilities to observe all actions (like, up close and personal).
He agrees to live with whatever the result is and challenges Biden to do the same. In the end, he (and the US) win, the traitors are exposed, the world has hopefully pivoted.
