I think we've all gone through that, but amazingly every morning I find something new and worthwhile and almost holy about this wonderful country. For example, im sure you knew that America is the most charitable society on earth. That kind of stuff gives me strength.
That's where he is. Some of the responses make me think my wording was too complicated. Meant that as tough as nails as he is, even he gets emotional about the prospect of what they're attempting to do to his country ... but even he, after bleeding for the whole of this country and being betrayed by half of it, WILL NOT GIVE UP.

He didn't ... not yet. He's a Marine. No quit in him. He's just immeasurably disappointed in this country as a whole right now.

There is no joy without sorrow. If we didn't love this country so much, there wouldn't be anything to get emotional about. Wish him our best.
I can understand his position, but he still has to fight for his family, we all do. Hold the line and keep the faith,
