Hispanics as well. Women as well. If you are a citizen of this country, and you don't fall in line with Democrats, they force your value to be 7/10. The Dems just want minorities, and even non-minorities, to have a smaller voice.

I seem to remember that during slavery there was a debate as to what percentage of a vote a slave's would be worth.
