Hispanics as well. Women as well. If you are a citizen of this country, and you don't fall in line with Democrats, they force your value to be 7/10. The Dems just want minorities, and even non-minorities, to have a smaller voice.

The 3/5th compromised was agreed upon at the Constitutional Convention on September 17th, 1787, where they were counted as 6/10 of a person. On November 3rd, 2020, they were counted as 7/10 of a person. According to the math, if the Democrats are allowed to keep this "progress", blacks should be counted as a whole person on March 29th, 2720.
