Hispanics as well. Women as well. If you are a citizen of this country, and you don't fall in line with Democrats, they force your value to be 7/10. The Dems just want minorities, and even non-minorities, to have a smaller voice.

It doesn't. The title is just to get the attention of some that may not know Biden was getting 1.3 of each Dem vote, which was countered by taking the .3 away from Trump voters. That was true no matter the color. But the Dems just simply decided, at least in AZ, that people should be counted with more value if they voted for Biden.
If you read the comment I made with the post, it says, "Hispanics as well. Women as well. I was clarifying it was everyone, but still a black trump voter was counted as 7/10 as a result.
