This is something that needs to be looked at by someone who understands the data better than myself.. i don't computer very well, but i can predict that dominion will shrug off this video as a grainy video showing an employee doing nothing out of the ordinary..
I have no idea what their process is or what he was doing.
Some computer mice need a USB to work. Maybe he was just trying to fix a mouse.
this is what i was talking about.. something like that is what they will announce.. if we dont correlate it with an actual event in the datsets/logs
