No, they wouldn’t have filed defamation suits. Why would they? They’re LITERALLY getting away with stealing an election. Why the fuck would they waste their time with a defamation suit? They don’t need to be exonerated. They know they cheated, and they believe nothing will happen to them for it.
You don’t think if you were an innocent man/company that wanted future business and a future career, you’d sue someone for dragging your name through mud? Because I sure as hell would.
