Until Sidney’s case in GA/MI, fraud hadn’t been alleged. They were civil cases, not criminal.
Also, most judges are political activist hacks. The chips won’t be down on this until the SC, if that is the chosen route.

Okay, sure. One case in PA. As far as I understand it, Trump’s team haven’t submitted that many suits themselves, so this narrative of ‘losing 30+’ or whatever is nonsense, as they haven’t even filed that many.
