No such suits have been filed, nor have either made reference to filing defamation suits.

Dominion has been abnormally quiet about this whole thing. As central payers in 35 states they have a HUGE stake in our elections and stand to lose untold millions of dollars, if not the entire company, by not aggressively fighting the outrageous allegations that are being made. Yet, short of a couple of press releases they don't seem hell-bent on setting the record straight. There's only three explanations for that - either they can't defend against the allegations because they are true, they are so incompetent as not to be able to see that this type of scandal could totally destroy their entire company or they think this is all just going to blow over in a few more weeks and they will be back to business as usual.
No, they don't feel the need to say anything because the media is defending them.
