The signatures is a one off thing. One piece of paper gets one state to look at one batch of signatures wash rinse repeat. Proving Dominion ES&S are foreign meddlers gets the whole election thrown out, brings in executive powers so stop an act of war, gets people thrown in jail. They aren't morons are capable of doing both at the same time. And they are doing both.
If they throw away or destroy the envelopes, then that is a federal crime (they need to keep the envelopes MONTHS after the election). That means they implicated themselves, can't certify, and Trump wins.

That’s not easy if no state will prohibit the inspection of said signatures. That takes 3 people per station to go over signatures one at a time.... and that’s a big if they even still have the signatures and envelopes combined together.
