Not quite. Consider this: this is a list of most known RINO's in congress, when there are about 200 Republican congressman. The more complete list shows 38 RINO's, which comes to 19% RINO rate, so there are roughly 4 solid Republicans for every RINO in congress. The only problem with this is 25 of the 38 RINO's are senators, which makes almost half of the Republican senators.

This guy was a RINO long before this election. He has done everything in his power to eliminate 2A rights in MA this year. 1.) Blocked FFL transfers. 2.) Allowed the prohibition of firearm education/training, even if done online. 3.) Allowed the halting of licensing applications and renewals in multiple towns. This is still in effect in a few places. It's been months... 4.) Denied the extension on firearm license expiration dates until Covid was over. 5.) Issued cease and desist orders on gun stores that defied his order to close down. Pressured police to take action.
