The whole foot brace, and some people saying it's to hide a tracker. And come to think of it, his injury was supposedly caused by his dog. Long shot, but stranger conspiracy theories have proven to be true in the past.
Interesting. Let's assume what the CIA anon said is true. Joe gets caught (electoral fraud, Burisma stuff or something else), agrees to collaborate and as a result gets the white dog label. He then betrays his agreement, is caught again and has to wear a tracker. The media story therefore says that "Joe biden tripped on his dog" i.e. "Joe biden entered the agreement (= white dog) and tried to pull a fast one (= fell over trying to play with the dog) and now gets to wear an ankle bracelet (= broke his foot)."
