I'm going to plan a slow lap around 285 in atlanta, ga. What will that do? With only 4 cars i can cause enough of a slow down and traffic to bring the city to a standstill.

hehe if you are car #4, do a bunch of brake tapping, not slowing, just tapping to flash those pretty bright red lights at the guy behind ya :)
