I was under the belief that dominion should show up in recounts and was surprised it didnt in the GA recount. But I was wrong... If hand recount meant checking ovals also filled by hand, then the recount should have identified the fraud. Were the hand recounts still using scanners??
There are also touchscreen machines that print a paper receipt that may or may not be human readable, so the voter may not be able to verify the receipt . if that's the kind of machine you have you are screwed because it probably just wrote the incorrect choice in that QR code and there is no other evidence.
No, in Georgia the names of who you voted for are printed right on the ballot so you can check before you put it through the scanner.
That is good news. But I suppose the qr code might not match so a machine recount could give the same result as before, but would in that case differ from a hand recount where people went off the human readable part.

The recount wasn't even a recount, it was a risk limiting audit, meaning they only checked like 1% of the ballots as a statistical sample, and they did it across the board and didn't focus on the counties with drastic anomalies. They also had all the same problems as everywhere else, with observers kept away from the actual counting and people just shuffling ballots wherever the fuck they wanted. It was a clown show.
It's pretty clear at this point that nothing implemented by those crooks will reveal any real results. The only way to get at the truth would be to turn it over to a different organization, probably a new one, not part of the dept of just us. Maybe the military. I guess the hope is that the military already has the receipts and will just swoop down and haul them all off to gitmo at some point.
