Our options

  1. SCOTUS

  2. Insurrection Act

  3. We The People

Martial law is already ruled unconstitutional by SCOTUS when Lincoln invoked it.

On September 15, 1863, President Lincoln imposed Congressionally authorized martial law. ... The Supreme Court ruled that Lincoln's imposition of martial law (by way of suspension of habeas corpus) was unconstitutional in areas where the local courts were still in session.

Dude has a Phd from MIT. Sorry you couldn't graduate from ITT. He's smarter than you. Has done more than you. Is more successful than you. Are you so butthurt because someone with actual knowledge shuts down your world view?

You don't get degrees from MIT let alone doctorates by being a fucking moron. It doesn't matter if he invented email or not (he did). He knows more about software engineering and analytics than you do and has the credentials to back them up.

No, it tells everyone that he invented the protocols that are widely used for modern emails to function. Without those protocols, we wouldn't have email as it exists today. Without him, you wouldn't have bcc, cc, among other features. You're saying he didn't? Because a guy from Raytheon, a company that specializes in killing people said he didn't? Because Raytheon doesn't lie. At all. Right? He's smarter than you will ever be, my dude.

The dude has two undergraduate degrees from MIT in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. A master's in visual studies and mechanical engineering, also from MIT. A PhD in Bio Engineering, also from MIT. What were your credentials again? Are you an expert in the field? ANY field? I'm going to believe he knows more about math, algorithms, and programming than you ever will.

It is scary how deep and wide the swamp really is: DOJ, Judges, CIA, FBI etc.

HaoleFrens 17 points ago +17 / -0

He did say it directly. We should allow the anxiety to run its course and continue to push out the information about every instance of fraud, corruption, subversion and treason that can be substantiated. When the moment comes, I have no doubt he will do the right thing and doe are whatever he needs to for stability and continuity of this nation.

Trumpology 11 points ago +11 / -0

People often forget that at the time, Lincoln’s decisions were not very popular and often seen as tyrannical. But he preserved the Union and is now heralded as one of the greatest presidents of the US.

Trump’s whole message since the 80’s has been that he would never run for president unless things got so bad and felt no one else could get it done but him. He then proceeded to run on a platform of “draining the swamp”.

I truly believe Trump would give his life if that’s what it meant, for this cause. If he thinks(knows) that our country is trying to be stolen from us right now, he will exhaust all of his options because he also knows it’s now or never, and we all know this man will do anything for this country he loves so much. He’d rather die fighting than he himself be the one who let them destroy the country once and for all. It goes against everything he stands for.

So if this doesn’t work out in SCOTUS, I am personally fully expecting that we are going to see drastic actions taken, people imprisoned and executed for treason.

If we don’t take hold of this now, and fight now, then we’re shoving this off on our children to fight when they are at a HUGE disadvantage, and we owe them and this country more than that.

Not yet. If December 14th comes along and we don’t see results, then yes. We need to exhaust all political efforts first. It sucks, but it does make sense. Many peeps are talking violence and civil war, but do you really understand how it will affect your life? All efforts first, violence last resort.

east_link 7 points ago +7 / -0

if he does it will be civil war. many of the generals have sold out to the deep state. they will turn on trump. it will be difficult to win for sure. the struggle will tear america apart. i hope it does not come to this.

He cant do just yet we still need to redpill a lot of leftist don't concentrate on conservatives but get the left. That means on every social media there is. The US hardcore left female population is a big problem though I'm not sure what plan to take to deal with them maybe best thing is to skip them and go after the none hardcore.

Why not deploy the army to seize the Dominion machines and oversee recounts? States are charged with holding free elections. Not sham elections.

Were I a democrat right now I'd be calling for a proper audit of the votes heavily now.

When a 3-star General is proposing something as ardent as this it is in the best interests of everyone to take the path of least resistance.

The intelligence shows that this election was used as a means of a cyberattack against the republic of the United States of America and that means there must be a counterattack.

Let that counterattack be civil and bring no harm to US citizens by conducting a proper investigation.

These never Trumpers might not know it but they are attacking the very foundations of democracy and that makes them terrorists.

well.. the insurrection act certainly would get the damn attention to the subject

idiot msm wouldn't be able to deny what was going on at that point

what's to lose for installing law and order? we already suffered the other side's garbage.. so maybe now it's our turn

Mr. Trump wouldn't be as great as he is if he'd gone the pussy RINO route of trying to eat shit from the crazies with a smile on the face like mit thecockholster romney

Between the 2018 executive order, the DOJ bringing back firing squads and other forms of execution, the replacement of military leadership (in which ECW is now head of SpecOps), all the military aircraft in the skies over the last couple weeks, the server raid, Biden's "broken ankle", Lude's claim Biden will conseed (remember, he fortold Hunter's Laptop three weeks before it dropped), and Trump basically saying he knows Biden won't have an inauguration in his latest press conference, something is going on behind the scenes which we will find out about very soon.

It's BS. There's no way Trump would be able to enact military tribunals against citizens when the civilian courts are still functioning. This matter was already tested and resolved during the civil war, when people were actively killing each other en masse, and Lincoln still lost that battle (rightly so).

It’s really all about jurisdiction. If Trump takes office on grounds of restoring order and states rebel, let’s say some western states, in certain circumstances he could flex on them in this manner. Not entire populations though. It would need to be in a geographical conflict zone of an insurrection force with combatants. Uniformed or not, or, security forces around established zones of operation with encounters of sabotage. He would need to unseat the courts of that area by order of the 14th amendment and adjourn the senate and house until further notice. Some of the issues were resolved, but, a congress and senate could validate his actions by changes in law for an extraordinary circumstance.

I don’t see tribunals in some extrajudicial manner in a field with firing squads as where this would go. It could be a similar situation of televised Nuremberg style trials with elements of military members as security forces for apprehension due to the nature of an operation and trust of other LEOs. Much of this would require a serious reveal of organized resistance and international support, with an overt act of defiance or aggression, beyond an election being stolen.

If he uses the insurrection act to call on the unorganized militia, he could then court martial any able-bodied male aged 18 to 45. According to this anyway:

You could probably voluntarily join an organized militia group, but the unorganized militia is 18 to 45 year old males and female members of the military.
