The whole situation reeked of fuckery from the beginning.
You’re telling me, this thing is so fucking dangerous we gotta close everything down, yet, if you’re a healthcare worker and your family tests positive but you test negative, you still have to report to work? Even though it’s highly likely you can spread a “deadly disease” to the sickest people in the hospital?
Doesn’t take a fucking genius to see this doesn’t make sense lol.
I openly admit that I was scared as fuck when this thing broke because I was only seeing videos coming from China where people were dying in the streets.
Then, I realized that these videos were coming from China.
China, with it's massive firewall that blocks almost all social media traffic from the country is now showing the world how fucked up it is? The country that censors all forms of speech negative to the CCP, is now showing the incompetence of the CCP? The same place that jails people for spreading rumors about the party, now openly allowing people to post dangerous material on the web so the blame can be on them?
Right.
This was all manufactured to spread chaos and allow certain governments of the world to use it as an excuse to gain more power. How much do you want to bet that most of these world governments, to include the Democrats here in the U.S, are in the pockets of the Chinese?
I was so daft and stupid, I just bought up all of the quarantining and mandates. I was fine wearing a mask and gloves.
That all changed when I started seeing Black Lives Matter subhumans fucking packed like sardines in the streets burning shit down for fun. Once I saw that I said, “there goes ANY chance we had at containing this virus”. Then I stopped wearing a mask.
And then the CDC admitted that like only .0000001% die from it directly and I knew I’d been duped. The whole thing was a fucking charade and everyone who called it out from the beginning were completely right. That was my biggest folly: believing in government.
There was a post the other day. Was a screen grab of a college football game, and the band was in the stands. With masks on that had holes in them. So they could blow their bullshit breath through them into their instruments. Fucking theater.
Yup. I remember wearing the gloves, masks, and using disinfecting spray every time I got in and out of my car.
All of that went out the window the more I read about this thing and realized it was a major nothing-burger.
I may have gotten the COVID myself, but it could have also been the flu, or a minor cold. There is no way to tell, considering the testing we have cant even tell the difference. So I didn't get tested because what's the point? They would just count me as a "case" and force me to do quarantine crap.
Pretty positive we all had it in my house because everyone got sick. Within 4-5 days, we all got over it, to include my wife's dad who is 70+.
But again, it could have just been the flu or a minor cold. Who knows. CDC sure as fuck doesn't.
Yeah I became terrified too...when I saw that they were welding people shut in their homes and/or dragging them out by their feet for their little coof camps. Everyone was licking their boots so why wouldn't we follow what they were doing. We had already forced people to comply with unconstitutional masks and everyone was just happy as pie to be obedient.
I was never scared of COVID from the beginning and kept living my life as usual. Caught the virus, and it was a joke compared to some other things I've caught. Yet at work we are forced to act like it's the black plague, I got reprimanded for calling it the "cooties" and my manager had to talk to me for "not taking COVID seriously enough." Like they are basically policing thought crimes now.
This is happening where I work as well. People weren't scared enough so they had to punishment us with more severe restrictions because we need to be cowering and compliant. It's infuriating.
How would one find out who sets the restrictions at one's college?
Oh yes. But I live in Cali. Newsollini never let us off our lockdowns. Schools never really opened.
My daughter's school actually held out for quite a while. No cases.. none. They were going to school full time. But its like our governor, Wolf, caught wind of this and amplified the state's guidelines - which the school had agreed to follow. Now my daughter is out of school, not because they had cases - but because too many teachers are quarantined because of contact w/ people who "may" have had the virus. Wolf changed the guidelines to make quarantining a regular occurrence.. which is putting enormous pressure on the smaller schools who can't handle massive staffing shortages.
They don't give a shit about anyone in all this.. its always about putting us under lockdown and forcing compliance.
My workplace actually goes above and beyond the state's COVID workplace guidelines. For example if you travel to a "hot" state you can come back with a rapid test so you don't have to do a mandatory quarantine. My workplace decided that was too convenient, so any out-of-state travel gets you a two week unpaid vacation. I want to sue them for violating my constitutional rights.
Yeah if we have symptoms or a positive test (and were force tested weekly or termination) we get 2 weeks on our dime. But if we are deemed to be high risk due to exposure from another employee we get 10 days paid leave. Makes sense, right?

Yep, it is so deadly that you have to wear a mask on your way INTO a restaurant, but once you sit down at a table the deadliness goes away. Then when you stand up to leave, the deadliness comes back so you gotta mask up. BELIEVE THE SCIENCE!

This right here. I knew this shit wasn't going away anytime soon when I went to eat for the first time with the family at a popular restaurant in town.
Plexiglass barriers everywhere. People with no masks on eating food, laughing, coughing. etc.
But god forbid you get up to go the restroom without your mask.
Now they have curfews? CURFEWS?
We were allowed to gather here in San Antonio for thanksgiving and mass, but if you're out past 10 pm, you're a danger to society? Are they fucking kidding us? In what fucking world would being at a friends house past 10pm be dangerous if we were literally already there during the day?
Oh but they made sure to include an exception to the order for anyone going to a business to partake in that business's functions, meaning standing outside for Black Friday sales or going to a bar / restaurant to celebrate Thanksgiving.
Its all a fucking joke.
I don't wear the mask when I leave a restaurant. "Sir, your mask?" "Forget it, I'll leave. Was leaving anyway."
