The very wealthy don’t generate wealth in a vacuum, but by manipulating and wagering on the masses. They no doubt rationalize it the same way that the non-wealthy can rationalize slave labor for their electronics.
With those kinds of resources, and viewing humanity as an ant farm, you get Bill Gates alarm about population growth. You get George Soros executing a clearly defined plan to take down America. Actually a genius-level exploitation of our existing government structure, i.e. installing attorneys general and secretaries of State across the United States to control the vote.
