Move. New York and the entire tristate area is lost and never coming back. I’m in Philadelphia, am heavily involved in real estate, and it’s with great pain I have to say that even if trump wins...east coast major cities like Philadelphia and New York won’t come back for at least a decade. BLM animals simply caused too much damage, lockdowns put too many restaurants out of business, and the governors flooding the streets with booze and marijuana while everything is closed has created a lost generation. Even if somehow we turn it around, no restaurant owner in their right mind would take out the loan necessary to keep a restaurant afloat in NYC after what’s happened. And the restaurants are key, because that’s what brings in outsiders and MONEY to the city. It’s over for east coast cities guys, sell while you can or you’ll be stuck in under water mortgages for at least a decade
