If they really wanted to do something they would just simply start a session with or without any of these people and do their damned jobs. It is a constitutional power. They are the representatives of the people of the state even without leadership permission.
All they have to do is get 50%+1 of the membership of their senate and 50%+1 of the membership of their house to vote and there is nothing anyone can do about it. It is their RIGHT, their RESPONSIBILITY and their DUTY. If they do not do it, it is because they are really just into saying one thing and doing another and should be replaced with people of real character.

Do not get me wrong, I think that Donald has the receipts and the path to ending this the moment he thinks he can get maximum benefit from it. But it is so completely unbelievable that none of the fuckers are actually going to do anything of substance to stop the steal other than play a role in exposure. There is value in the exposure, but it is not the meat of the matter. The meat of the matter would be taking the electors back under the state legislature control and letting everyone know that you will not be allowed to steal elections though fraud.

Georgia needs 3/5's of the legislature, not 50% +1. Even if every republican notifies the governor there is an emergency they are 3 shy of the required 108.
That is to open a session, under emergency, for state business.
This is to do their constitutional duty and no state constitution, no state law, and no legislative norms are required for them to do their constitutional duty. All they need to do is come together with 50%+1 of their legislative total members and say, we decertify the election and we appoint the electors.

Here in WA state, I've written more than one letter to my leaders letting them know that they have infringed upon my most fundamental right, and letting them know that government cannot do that, no matter what the circumstances.

Do the states amend themselves or do they double down? If it is the latter, POTUS will need to incur the insurrection act and carry out the 2018 EO.
If not, then the electors doing the voting will have to "fix" the vote when actually voting (Congress will likely not accept the count). Ultimately, I think all of this goes hot by Christmas or the new year (January 6, when the electoral vote count is accepted by congress).

Needs to be 50%+1 of the total of each the senators and representatives.
So if there are 50 senators then they need 26 senators present and voting yes. This would be binding on Senate.
If there are 150 representatives then they need 76 present and voting yes. This would be binding on the House.
This combination would be found constitutional by any rational person.

I think I already stated that I believe Trump has the receipts that will guarantee him re-election and is holding them for greatest effect. This is right now just theater to lay the ground work for releasing the information. He had his guys connected to the machines tracing connections and gathering all packets in and out, mirrored the drives and imaged the memory, likely had boots on the ground in the precincts with recording devices to record the steal in live.
