If Trump presents his case to the USSC and they hand down a 5-4 decision that there was clear fraud in the election what does the DOJ have to do with it? Remember just leaving and pounding some nails like Jimmy Carter is not an option for him, they’ve already said they’ll destroy him if he leaves, his only option is take them out.
As happy as I'd be to see the FBI completely disbanded, there are times when it would be super useful to have a competent, not corrupt federal bureau of investigation.
