When Ted Cruz was put on the list of people Trump would think of nominating for SCOTUS he said something to the effect of "I couldn't do it because I have very strong opinions on certain issues and I'm afraid I wouldn't be impartial"
That drove me nuts. Liberal justices think they are impartial. Has he not considered that his strongly held opinions are impartial as well.
The Demonrats judges decide the elections, while the supposedly conservatives judges do what? Apply the law?
SCOTUS is not 5-4 for us
SCOTUS is 4-0 for them
