I kind of had an epiphany this morning. We all kind of assumed black hats stole the USB drives and laptop from the Philadelphia election commission to load up votes or do whatever to commit fraud. But what if the drives already had the votes or whatever on them, and white hat operatives stole them.
What if this was done to force the black hats to remote in via the internet, and the 'white hat hackers' were then able to record it all as evidence, as well as triangulate the location the hacking was being done from, which resulted in the Frankfurt, Germany server raid?
Not a bad theory. It would explain Philadelphia, but not some of the other locations. Looks like they had similar activity in other places. I do think they most likely were taken by white hats, but it could have been to understand the key making process to crack the other systems.
I do think this entire process was a giant honey trap.
Is there video of more than one place where they were wheeling in ballots? And that was Michigan, right? Yes. I'm on board with Trump trying to win the election within the confines of what is publically known, but if need be revealing confidential information. If at the end of the day the system gets broke, so be it.

So how does it work? Or why is this not feasible? We've heard the colonel say 'white hat hackers have proof' and we've heard they have proof people from foreign countries accessed the machines.
Consider the USB is just a disk with files, you can't do anything with it on a remote system unless you have credentials on a remote system, it's accessible to you over the internet and you can somehow use the data on the USB drive to modify the data on the remote server.
The proof he has is that the remote servers are in Germany, it has been confirmed already - Amazon AWS in Frankfurt.
Probably more logs and timestamps from the servers and the fact that they were accessed after the 3d, which would be illegal. But don't theorize any sting operation you see in hacking movies with green lines of code and satellites blinking trying to find your location and then you have 60 seconds until you are traced. That's for grandmas.

5 steps ahead doesn't make his team have super powers. If they had direct evidence of fuckery in a state, like PA or AZ, they would bring it to the hearing instead of those old REEEEEE they didn't let me stand close enough grandmas.
Electronic evidence is much more solid and easy to show, instead of the graphs, slides and math experts who claim to see anomalies but still can't point a finger to who, when and where. That's my point.
