Every time these witnesses get to a key bit of evidence, that stupid alarm sounds off. This is ridiculous.

I think it’s a 3-minute timer on someone’s phone. Really obnoxious and shows a lack of respect for the witnesses.

Yeah, they keep asking the witnesses if they’ve submitted their testimony to the Secretary of State and Attorney General. It sounds like these people will take no action after this. It doesn’t sound like they really care, but just want to appear that they’re listening.
