I wait for the Supreme Court to make their choice. If they seat Biden, it is open war on the federal government. I won't need to be told by Trump.

I hope lurking politicians, judges, and officials see these messages.

Our country is under attack and it's on you to save it for now.

But if you fail that's not the last option.

They will see that they can't physically get to work because 10000 MAGAs are blocking the building. I don't know what people are waiting for.

For the last official methods to be proven corrupt.

Once that becomes apparent there's really only one path forward.

So we sit here while they saw away at our arm? And hope that it can be sewed back on after the fact?

Winning from where are RIGHT NOW is already going to be hard.

Winning after Biden has stood up there like the pedo retard he is and taken his oath of office will be about 1000 times harder.

Don't care. They're part of the problem or part of the solution. We won't discriminate. Uphold the law and our constitution, or you chose wrongly.

They'll be chilling on Biden's Epstein island while we kill eachother and China moves in for the pillage.

We're less than two weeks away from the Electoral College seating him and there's not even a case at SCOTUS. I'd certainly like to exhaust all options, but we're literally on the :59 second marker.

I didn't say 'lawful' options, because we all have a moral and constitutional duty to overthrow and rebuke a tyrannical government as stated in the United States Constitution. We would be acting within the law of the land. When the government labels and prosecutes you as a "terrorist" and "traitor" for wanting to uphold individual liberty, the Bill of Rights, and the US Constitution then the government is no longer lawful or valid.

We should all be aware by now though that the bureaucrats and oligarchs have usurped our taxpayer funded police forces and other armed law enforcement / military to turn on us.

You guys in the bureaus, law enforcement, and military who I know are reading this as you compile your fucking lists - you need to decide if you're on the side of those who fund your checks or on the side of those who sign your checks. Judging by how the past couple of months have gone, it looks like you've made your choice.

Election contests as cases move extremely quickly, and you want to ensure you have all your ducks in a row before you file. The SC didn't rule until the day before in Bush v. Gore, and they can move rather quickly when they need to. I wouldn't expect SCOTUS to take up a case until next week, since they probably want to see how our other cases are moving through the system.

Nov 26 FL certified for bush Nov 27 Gore sued

Dec 8 FL Supreme ruled for Gore, ordering recount. Dec 9 Bush appealed to SCOTUS. Seems immediate injunction granted. 10-11 Scotus arguments and interim rulings. Dec 12 Scotus rules 'for Bush' stops recount.

Note it was a singular kind of issue - gore got counties to agree to recount after certification, wanted a recount...state supreme agreed, scotus just had to yea/nay if they were within the law.

Imo our situation, multiple states, multiple issues (proving fraud, tossing votes) is a lot more complex...

Brief timeline https://freedomwire.com/the-bush-v-gore-timeline-and-its-relevance-to-the-2020-election/

As an election contest? I'm not sure, unfortunately.

They ruled to stop a recount! They did not rule to invalidate votes!

Most of them aren't ours, and there are only two or three cases sitting at the SC's lap. They may be waiting to see what comes out of the others, since I doubt they'll risk civil outrage if it doesn't change the outcome of the election.

They're going to be massively outnumbered. Cloward/Piven strategy is to overwhelm the system so that it collapses. They haven't seen "overwhelmed" yet. Not all at the same time at least. They couldn't even handle a handful of teenagers LARPing on a Seattle street. They're screwed if they pick the wrong side once things start getting "revolutionary." Seeing as how they haven't lifted a finger to do anything about the outright treason being committed in this country, it looks like they've already picked their side.

Ironic that we're now living in the world of Demolition Man, where I assume your user handle comes from. Sorry, just looking for some levity. Damn if they didn't get it right in that movie.

TheThreeSeashells 5 points ago +5 / -0

I often see the Left mocking the predictions that have come true from Demolition Man. They wouldn't be trying to mock them if they're weren't 100% true. We talk about Trump being a time traveler all the time. Maybe. But so were the people who made that film. It's scary how spot on they were.

Minor correction-

It's the Declaration of Independence, not the Constitution.

Thanks. I get so fired up I really start talking out of my ass.

You said what I was going to say but so much more eloquently! Why go nuclear before exhausting all other options... Let ALL of the traitors expose themselves so there can be no questions or remorse for them when it's time for us to pop off. I mean what's the timeline for overthrowing a tyrannical government? I'd say somewhere between after SCOTUS and January 6th but before midday January 20th...

2
StabBackAndStandBy 2 points ago +2 / -0

Early morning January 20th.

"less than two weeks away"

There's audio of Biden making a deal with Ukraine to fire the prosecutor investigating his son, offering ONE BILLION DOLLARS in exchange. Prosecutor was fired. There's video of Biden saying "don't fire him today you don't get the billion dollars!".

Is there not a felony arrest warrant for Biden in the Ukraine?

Does that not disqualify him for president?

Just so we're clear, it will be open war on the federal government either way. If they seat Trump, the libiots will burn this country to the ground. We're going into a full-scale revolution either way.

5
Sexual-Assault-Rifle 5 points ago +5 / -0

If GEOTUS is seated and the left riots then that is the time for the police to show what side they are on. If they don't stop the rioting then it will be up to Patriots to stop it.

3
Trump_in_2020_Pedes 3 points ago +4 / -1

Agreed, pede. But just for clarification, "If GEOTUS is seated", then the left WILL RIOT. They will burn this country to the ground. They will make the riots in Seattle, Portland, & Milwaukee look like a picnic.

4
Phil_DeGraves 4 points ago +4 / -0

National Guard or US military will take care of that quickly. GEOTUS won't give a shit about "optics" anymore, and won't ask "permission" to go in from the local libtard politicians.

2
Sexual-Assault-Rifle 2 points ago +2 / -0

Agreed
