The problem is we have hundreds of eye witness testimonies, people who participated in the fraud, and the like. This would be enough to bury a defendant in a criminal case. See Harvey Weinstein or Cosby. This is for the threshold of "beyond a reasonable doubt". We are talking about "preponderance of the evidence" here.

Add to this we have statistical analysis and even video footage. We also have proof of not following protocol, using vulnerable systems, clear cases of voter fraud via multiple voting, voting for other people, stealing ballots, and so on. These number in the hundreds of thousands.

None of this stuff is even disputed. The answer is "so what?, where is your evidence?". We are under no obligation to hand over power or consider anyone acting in this manner as a good faith actor. This is dumb. And it's the people who ultimately need to end this.
