There's been an increase in air traffic in the area, but the interesting stuff is mostly in small planes from contract operators like Phoenix Air.
A 737 operated by United is most likely going to be flying troops/military contractors. I'm pretty sure this is a regular run for this plane (if you look in the flight history on flightaware.com they made the same run last Tuesday, for example).
Even if something is up, not every plane is going to be flying VIPs for a spa treatment.
Even if you don't agree with his analysis (and a lot of it, to be fair, is going to be inherently speculative given the subject!), he's doing long-form walkthroughs using flightaware.com and other publicly available tools. So it's possible to learn enough to do your own research if you're curious.
Some of his other stuff can get a little out there (to put it mildly), but the Overwatch videos are good because he's "showing the work" for how he arrived at his conclusions.
People do know that there are regular AMC and chartered flights to and from NSGB, right? There's sort of a big base there with regular shipments of materiel as well as personnel & dependent flights. Gotta keep that Class VI Store well stocked!
