Very exclusive restaurant in Napa, CA. The waiting list is months long. Several hundred dollars a meal. Newsome is probably a regular there.

That, or every single patron is sporting some combination of obnoxiously large gauge earrings, neon pink side-shaves, unncessary 'librarian' glasses, and nose piercings.

Stuffy elites who use champagne as mouthwash, or self-important hipsters who "challenge norms" in the most common and conformist ways imaginable. Take your pick.
